Prices DO NOT include shipping. All freight charges are paid by the customer FOB Montreal, Quebec, Canada. Shipping charges are based on weight and distance. The Glass Place ships via Canada Post Expedited Parcel Service for regular ground parcels within Canada and the United States.
Our delivery services require a signature, so we suggest that you use a business or neighbors address if you are not available during the day to receive your shipment. Please allow 5 to 10 business days to receive your order. If your order requires additional insurance, it is at extra cost.
Returns
When your shipment arrives, make sure you receive the number of boxes that you sign for on the carrier receipt. If defective or incorrect merchandise is received through an error on our part, notify us at 1-800-363-7855 or customerservice@glassplace.com within 2 days. DO NOT return any merchandise without prior approval from the Glass Place. Unauthorized returns will not be credited. All approved returns for any reason other than defective merchandise are subject to a 15% re-stocking charge and the customer is responsible for shipping charges both ways. No credits will be given for merchandise that is returned in non re-saleable condition. THE GLASS PLACE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNS ON GLASS, BOOKS, PATTERNS, LEAD, ZINC, BRASS OR COPPER CHANNELS, CHEMICALS, FOIL AND ANY SPECIAL ORDERS. |
